This role will work a hybrid schedule in our Columbus Ohio office and report to a Personal Lines Underwriting Manager. Ideal candidates will have some underwriting experience.

JOB OBJECTIVE:
The primary objective for a Personal Lines Generalist is to be proficient with the all core areas of policy administration. This includes policy issuance, policy change(s), quality assurance, premium leakage, and re-underwriting. Underwriting guidelines and processing procedures must be second nature; the Generalists will be expected to identify work-flow inefficiency and prepare improvement proposals for the manager's review. Research the most advanced technical problems in conjunction with all lines of business; to work with the analysts in regard to system problems, new projects and to coordinate the training of personnel. Provide support for all areas on an as needed basis.
