Coordinates the service delivery lifecycle of work orders in our customers' stores and datacenters.
Understands a customer's target work schedule, assesses customer technical readiness to have the work completed (power, network, etc.), identifies an appropriate Field resource (based on the work order skills requirement and technician availability) and dispatches technicians to customer sites per service level agreements established with our customers and business partners.
What You'll DoCoordinates with customers and engineers to schedule work orders in a timely manner.
Keeps resources fully utilized by dispatching work orders within a geographic area.
Drives installation/service delivery commitments to the customer.
Reviews work orders to ensure a full understanding of products and scope of work.
Responds to customer and internal issues and inquiries promptly and in a professional manner.
Maintains accurate documentation of order status within the order tracking tool.
Key point of contact for coordinating service and installation projects.
Effectively manage Backlog report by efficiently following up with customers and getting the work schedule completed.
