Treasury Analyst

Dayton, Cincinnati, Columbus, or Indianapolis

Job Summary

The Treasury Analyst supports Woolpert's treasury activities related to daily cash management, weekly cash flow forecasting, intercompany loans, acquisition integration and initiatives to leverage treasury technology solutions to optimize automation, enhance controls and support growth in the business.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

    Overseeing daily cash balances and ensuring the company has enough liquidity to meet its obligations.
  • Analyzing and interpreting financial data, preparing reports, and creating weekly cashflow forecasts.
  • Collaborate on intercompany loan portfolio management, including loans, dividends and capital contributions; support the execution of intergroup funding and repatriation solutions
  • Executing bank transactions, including AP payments and debt actions.
  • Identify emerging technologies and process automation that can be leveraged to address business needs, drive process improvements and reduce costs
  • Assist in the banking integration of acquired entities to optimize structure for US and International optimization
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience as a treasury analyst.
  • Proficiency in financial software (e.g., Dynamics d365), strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) is preferred.
  • Knowledge of US and international corporate banking services, cash management, payment processing and networks
  • Attention to detail, accuracy and reliability with a drive for continuous improvement
